Campsites with be reserved for 2 hours, if payment has not been processed within 2 hours, the booking will be cancelled and the campsite will become available again.
Please note that the campsites can say available while someone else has it in their cart, only once the payment has been made online, will the campsite be marked as sold out.
If you would like to add additional days to your holiday, you can email your booking reference number to info@macnicol.co.za and our team will assist you in adding the full priced days.
Seeing that this a charity event, there won’t be any refunds issued however you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Refunds for medical emergencies will be accepted with a 10% processing fee deducted from the total refund.
